Planned to see El Calafate major attractions and it was relaxing base for visiting all of them. Generally everything was lovely, though the bathroom was poor. Early check-in, perfect location.

The whole experience was perfect. The breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of dishes. The standard room was overall good and incredibly comfortable. Its staff were highly efficient. Service was very admirable throughout our stay. There were the shops and a supermarket around the hotel.
